All recipients, their guests and other members of Scouting are invited to attend the presentation of 2021 Region & Adult Recognition Awards.

All attendees are asked to register their attendance on this site before the closing date. All contacts within a family unit or close contacts are asked to register on one registration so that we can appropriately space people for this event.
In the event of inclement weather, alternative presentation arrangements will be made to continue the presentation at the same date and time.

COVID-19 Information & Restrictions
To ensure that we deliver a safe and enjoyable event for all, the following restrictions apply:
- We reserve the right to open this event to Adult Members of Scouting only. We understand that in some cases, a Youth member may need to attend as both parents are present, but this should be avoided if possible.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of award recipients and guests allowed at the event.
- All attendees (Award Recipients, Guests, Staff and Volunteers) must register before the closing date on the GWS Region EMS. There is a strict pre-registration policy in place and if you are not registered to attend, you will not be allowed entry to the grounds.
- Anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend this event. (For information on COVID-19 symptoms please visit https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/symptoms-and-testing)
- Anyone who has visited a location in the last 14 days that requires self-isolation by the NSW Government should not attend this event. - This event is occurring under the NSW Government Guidelines and has been approved by the Scouts NSW COVID-19 Task Force. The event has had a COVID-Safe plan submitted with the NSW Government. Final approval from NSW Health is pending at the time of this letter.
- This event is subject to the Public Health Orders as outlined by the NSW Government and approval of the event may be revoked at any time.
All award recipients and guests are welcome to wear masks and gloves if they feel it is appropriate.
If you are classified as a vulnerable person to COVID-19, or you do not feel comfortable attending this event, we understand completely and we will make arrangements to present your award at a local ceremony later on.
