Additional Information
We will meet at Lindfield Rocks, just behind Lindfield Soldiers Memorial Park at 9.30AM. We expect to finish by 4PM.
Scouts to bring Backpack/day pack Water bottle, lunch and nibbles (eg fruit/muesli bars) Hand sanitiser Hat Hair ties if long hair - hair MUST be tied up to abseil Suncream Insect repellent Small personal first aid kit
Outdoor adventure skills record book to record log of abseils. Scouts to wear Sensible enclosed shoes with good grip Long sleeved shirt that is long enough to be tucked in the long pants - to protect from rocks and rope burn Long pants Long socks are also recommended to be worn over the bottom of the long pants to protect from unwanted creepy crawlies!
