Brief Summary:
This weekend is to discuss the way forward for the region, and to try and work out how to make your group work and grow.
For Group Leaders, the weekend will start at 11.00am Saturday, and be finished by 11.00am Sunday.
For Region Team, it will start after dinner on Friday night
The weekend will be no cost to you. You will just need to bring your own lunch on the Saturday. Dinner Saturday and Breakfast Sunday will be provided. You will just need to bring your own lunch on the Saturday. Dinner Saturday and Breakfast Sunday will be provided.
If you can not make it, can you please send a representative for your group. I would like a representative from every group please.

It would be great to have all Group Leaders attending on weekend. This will allow you to learn as well as have your say in the Region.
Alcohol will be allowed as long as it is done responsibly.
There are many different options for the weekend. Due to COVID restrictions Bunkrooms are very limited.
You may bring your own Caravan or Camper to the weekend if you please.
