Late Registration Information

Thanks to everyone who has applied to attend Cuboree 2023: Explore the World!

Applications for the event have closed. If you would still like to attend this event, please e-mail cuboree@nsw.scouts.com.au to enquire about availibility.

Please note the following information about late registrations applies as of the 08/07/2023:

• Late applications for NSW Cuboree 2023 will only be accepted for participants where room remains on the lines with their unit, service leaders, or Adult Carers who will need to assist with behavioural or medical needs of participants. Adult Carers need to clearly mark this in their initial email and will be asked to provide additional information.
• Late applications are not being accepted for Unit Leaders, Adult Helpers or Junior Service leaders.
• Late applications for NSW Cuboree 2023 will only be available in line with the eligibility criteria on the Cuboree website. We will not be providing any exemptions for eligibility criteria.
• Late applications will attract a late fee of $25 for Participants and Adult Carers to assist with additional registration and administration costs. We will waiver any late fee for Service Leaders.
• A Deposit of 50% of the registration fee and completion of the e-permission form is due with 3 days of receiving your invite to register from the Cuboree admin team. Applications who do not comply with this direction may be cancelled.
• Full payment of all Cuboree fees must be completed by the 1st August 2023 and no payment plans are available.
• The withdrawal and refund policy outlined on our website will apply to all late applications.  
• Late applications are not guaranteed a Merchandise Kit including Hat, Shirt, Badge and Cuboree Prize.

Welcome to the applications page for the 7th NSW Cuboree 2023 - Explore the World!

If you have not had a chance yet, have a look at our Webpage at https://cuboree.nsw.scouts.com.au. Here you will find the latest news, eligibity requirements and information about costs, activities, and much more!

Please note tha the main event is from the 29.09.2023 to the 3.10.2023. Allowance has been made for some country areas to travel from the evening of the 28.09.2023. Most participants will depart/arrive on the 29th.

To Register for Cuboree

You will need for each person:

• Your Scout Number
• The name of your section and group leader
• An active account with events.scouts.nsw.com.au. (This is the same system used for State Rally and many Regional Events).
• The e-mail address for the parents (if under 18) or the person (if 18 or over) you are registering.

You can register people as individuals, as a group or family, or as a unit. When you submit your registration, each person you have included will recieve an email from us (called an e-permission form) which will collect further information we need as well as asking them to pay their deposit for the event.
