Joey Water Day - Lake Parramatta

Joey water day

This activity is targeted for joeys 5-8 year olds, to work towards aquatics and paddling stage 1. 

Please note this activity is not for cubs. please contact event co-ordinator if you have any questions.

Joeys must bring: 

water shoes, hat, water, sunscreen. own lunch and morning tea. 

Parents must remain for the entire activity and there must be a leader representative from your group. 

Parents / leaders will be expected to participate in the water activities so please ensure you are also ready to get wet. Please ensure you also register as a parent.

Update: being able to swim 50m has been removed as an eligibility criteria. Joeys will be on the water with risk of capsizing. life jackets will be supplied. Joeys also swim throughout the day. 

Mandatory triggers for cancellation of the activity. 

- severe thunderstorms

- severe rain

- flooding

in the event of cancellation a refund will be provided less $3 to go towards the cost of the booking.
