ScoutHub is the new membership platform for Scouts NSW. Officially launching for the 1st July 2023, ScoutHub will streamline our member administration processes and make it easier for our groups to manage their administrative requirements.
Who can Come?
This session is open to Group Leaders / Leaders in Charge as well as one other person from each group. Commissioners and Leaders from the District, Region and State level are also welcome to attend. All participants must be hold a valid membership with Scouts NSW.

Getting Here
Blacktown Workers is located at 55 Campbell St Blacktown. This venue can be access via car or a short walk from Blacktown Transport Interchange. There is parking avaiable across the road from the club.
Accessibility.
Blacktown Workers Club is accessible for people in Wheelchairs or who use mobility aids. The builidng has lifts and accessible bathroom facilities. If you use mobility aids, please let us know in the comments on your registration so we can ensure a clear entrance/egress from the meeting room for you.
Session Format
Sessions delivered as part of this training will be via mixed media. Participants will be required to view a video and then carry out the steps outlined from the video with assistance from ScoutHub Champions both in the room and online.
Expectations
It is expected that as of the end of this Traning Session, pariticpants will have developed basic familiarity with the ScoutHub system and how it will be used to manage membership from the 1st July 2023. Documentation will be provided as part of the traning sessions and further assistance will be available once the sesssion has concluded.
An note on Bank Accounts.
Scouts NSW remains the registered organsiation for all groups associated with the organsiation. As such, if your bank account is linked to an Australian Buisness Number (ABN) that does not belong to Scouts NSW, then you will need to ensure that this is changed with your bank prior to embarking on this training.
